Adjustment rings

Adjustment rings are in accordance with EN 1917 standard, are used as manhole cover underlay and to adjust covers to road level. Rings are placed on load-bearing structure (reducing part, cover plate) always on the mortar bed with minimal 40 Mpa strength.
There are produced three types of rings, which differs in shape and bearing surface size. Type of ring is chosen according to underlying parts.

Adjustment rings BAR, BARZS

These are used for frames and cover plates manufactured in accordance with DIN V 4034-2 Precast unreinforced and reinforced concrete components for well shafts and soakaways. Ring design does not prevent from sliding between rings, manhole cover or bearing construction.

Adjustment rings BAR-V, BAR-VS

These are used for frames and cover plates manufactured in accordance with DIN V 4034-1 Prefabricated concrete manholes,
unreinforced, steel fibre and reinforced for drains and sewers. Ring shoulder prevents from sliding between rings, manhole cover or bearing construction.

Adjustment rings BAR-P, BAR-PZS; Prague design

Used for placing on shafts with wall thickness less than 90 mm or 100 mm, where prevention from sliding between rings, manhole cover or bearing construction is required.
